HCL Infosystems Ltd has bagged the contract from the Unique Identification Authority of India (UIAI), which runs the Aadhaar ID programme. It is the biggest ever contract from the UIAI. The contract is for seven years. HCL Infosystems will be the managed service provider to implement and manage the Central ID Repository for the Authority.
